\n<\/span>Ms. Lien, a Vietnamese technical intern, who was subjected to power harassment at her workplace and was unable to quit her job due to restrictions on changing technical internship jobs, had to put up with it for a long time. with the support of NPO POSSE, she joined the labor union and defended her rights. After resolving their problems, these women took to the streets to help other foreign workers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>I am a foreign student from China. I am interested in labor issues in China and Japan, and I have been reporting and communicating about them. I made a documentary on the issue of the technical internship system after eight months of research. In an effort to document traditional knowledge in an age of rapid assimilation into mainstream Chinese culture, this film seeks to amplify the voices of the oldest Blang people, and particularly their knowledge with respect to traditional Bulang tea-making practices and religious rituals.<\/span><\/p>\n
